A: Motion Makers was founded by Vipul Valvi in Mumbai by veterans of Indian Animation Studios who saw a need for a school that taught the tools and techniques necessary to produce high-end digital content. He teamed up with working industry professionals who co-found motion makers in 2006. Today we offer highend specialized courses in production techniques required to succeed in today’s animation industry.

A: We have carefully selected a group of real teachers who actually have a proven track record of giving excellent production output at high-end digital studios.

A: If you know how to draw, its an added advantage but not a compulsion. All are courses except maya specialization and Bachelors Program gives you an indepth knowledge of drawing principles. There are many successfull artists working for highend digital studios with a very limited drawing skills. So dont think about drawing as a compulsion.

A: We are completely dedicated to teaching techniques and concepts what the employer wants you to know. Motion Makers curriculum is designed specifically to provide students with professional production skills which they need to succeed as digital artists in the entertainment industries. Our instructors are experienced industry professionals who share thier experiences and personal situtions where students learn how to gain quality output in problem-solving situations. Class assignments and projects are frequent to develope student's personal creation.

As we have faculties experienced and working in high-end digital studios we have designed a production-like environment with an atmosphere conducive to creativity and learning.

A: Yes, they are offered specially on Saturdays and Sundays. To set an appointment, please contact our office at 022-65227990. In the event that you come without a set appointment, we cannot guarantee that a staff member will be available to answer your questions.

A: There is no such age barrier; you do not require a college degree for admission to any of our courses. But we do require our students to have appeared for their SSC board exams for our Certificate program.

A: We do have a 3yr internship program; internships are awarded to students on an individual basis based on Student Grades. The management team at Motion Makers makes decisions as to which students are referred for internships after completion of the Animation Internship Program.

A: Motion Makers offers career guidance services. Our Instructors have Industry Relations and are available to advise students on career preparation, resume, demo reel creation and job hunting.

A: We have our marketing team which is responsible to maintain active relationships with several recruiting agencies and most of the major production studios. We also receive calls from prospective employers.

A: We offer a limited scholarship of Rs50000/- to students appearing for Computer Arts Advanced Diploma. The award is given to students who appears for our scholarship exams in the mid of December every year. Scholarships are awarded to students with creative passion and great power of imagination. Your exam results will play an significant role.

A: Yes, it's not necessary to have any prior training. All you need to know is how to operate a computer. We start with the basics.
